By accessing or using ReplyInn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their authorized representatives.

2. Description of Service

ReplyInn provides an AI-powered platform that enables businesses to automate customer support across messaging channels including WhatsApp and Instagram. The Service includes AI agent configuration, product catalog management, conversation monitoring, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One business may have one account; multiple accounts for the same business are not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging through the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Violate Meta's or any third-party platform's terms of service
• Use the AI to generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or inappropriate. You are ultimately responsible for all messages sent through your connected channels and should monitor AI responses regularly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by ReplyInn. You retain ownership of your content, including product catalogs and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyInn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your dashboard Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the dashboard.
